Welcome to Cineflix Prime!

These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Cineflix Prime.

By using this app we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Cineflix Prime if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice, and all Agreements: "Client", "You" and "You're" refers to you, the person who logs on to this website and is compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions. "The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us", refers to our Company. "Party", "Parties", or "Us", refers to both the Client and ourselves. Unless otherwise stated, Cineflix Prime and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Cineflix Prime. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from Cineflix Prime for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

You must not:

• Republish material from Cineflix Prime

• Sell, rent or sub-license material from Cineflix Prime

• Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from Cineflix Prime

• Redistribute content from Cineflix Prime

This Agreement shall begin on the date hereof.

Parts of this app offer an opportunity for users to post and exchange opinions and information in certain areas of the website. Cineflix Prime does not filter, edit, publish or review Comments prior to their presence on the website. Comments do not reflect the views and opinions of Cineflix Prime, its agents, and/or affiliates. Comments reflect the views and opinions of the person who posts their views and opinions. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, Cineflix Prime shall not be liable for the Comments or for any liability, damages, or expenses caused and/or suffered as a result of any use of and/or posting of and/or appearance of the Comments on this website.

Cineflix Prime reserves the right to monitor all Comments and to remove any Comments which can be considered inappropriate, offensive, or causes a breach of these Terms and Conditions.

• You are entitled to post the Comments on our App and have all necessary licenses and consents to do so;

• The Comments do not invade any intellectual property right, including without limitation copyright, patent or trademark of any third party;

• The Comments do not contain any defamatory, libelous, offensive, indecent or otherwise unlawful material which is an invasion of privacy

You hereby grant Cineflix Prime a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, edit and authorize others to use, reproduce and edit any of your Comments in any and all forms, formats, or media.

Hyperlinking to our App

The following organizations may link to our App without prior written approval:

• Government agencies;

• Search engines;

• News organizations;

• Online directory distributors may link to our App in the same manner as they hyperlink to the Websites of other listed businesses, and

• System-wide Accredited Businesses except soliciting non-profit organizations, charity shopping malls, and charity fundraising groups which may not hyperlink to our Web site.

These organizations may link to our home page, to publications, or to other App information so long as the link: (a) is not in any way deceptive; (b) does not falsely imply sponsorship, endorsement, or approval of the linking party and its products and/or services; and (c) fits within the context of the linking party’s site.

No use of Cineflix Prime's logo or other artwork will be allowed for linking absent a trademark license agreement.

Without prior approval and written permission, you may not create frames around our Webpages that alter in any way the visual presentation or appearance of our App.

Content Liability

We shall not be held responsible for any content that appears on your App. You agree to protect and defend us against all claims that are rising on our App. No link(s) should appear on any Website that may be interpreted as libelous, obscene, or criminal, or which infringes, otherwise violates, or advocates the infringement or other violation of, any third party rights.

Reservation of Rights

We reserve the right to request that you remove all links or any particular link to our App. You approve to immediately remove all links to our App upon request. We also reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions and its linking policy at any time. End-User License Agreement (EULA) of Cineflix Prime

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Cineflix Prime

This EULA agreement governs your acquisition and use of our Cineflix Prime software ("Software") directly from Cineflix Prime or indirectly through a Cineflix Prime authorized reseller or distributor (a "Reseller").

Please read this EULA agreement carefully before completing the installation process and using the Cineflix Prime software. It provides a license to use the Cineflix Prime software and contains warranty information and liability disclaimers.

If you register for a free trial of the Cineflix Prime software, this EULA agreement will also govern that trial. By clicking "accept" or installing and/or using the Cineflix Prime software, you are confirming your acceptance of the Software and agreeing to become bound by the terms of this EULA agreement.

If you are entering into this EULA agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity and its affiliates to these terms and conditions. If you do not have such authority or if you do not agree with the terms and conditions of this EULA agreement, do not install or use the Software, and you must not accept this EULA agreement.

This EULA agreement shall apply only to the Software supplied by Cineflix Prime herewith regardless of whether other software is referred to or described herein. The terms also apply to any Cineflix Prime updates, supplements, Internet-based services, and support services for the Software, unless other terms accompany those items on delivery. If so, those terms apply.

License Grant

Cineflix Prime hereby grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Cineflix Prime software on your devices in accordance with the terms of this EULA agreement.

You are permitted to load the Cineflix Prime software (for example a PC, laptop, mobile, or tablet) under your control. You are responsible for ensuring your device meets the minimum requirements of the Cineflix Prime software.

You are not permitted to:

• Edit, alter, modify, adapt, translate or otherwise change the whole or any part of the Software nor permit the whole or any part of the Software to be combined with or become incorporated in any other software, nor decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the Software or attempt to do any such things

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, resell or otherwise use the Software for any commercial purpose

• Allow any third party to use the Software on behalf of or for the benefit of any third party

• Use the Software in any way which breaches any applicable local, national or international law

• use the Software for any purpose that Cineflix Prime considers is a breach of this EULA agreement

Intellectual Property and Ownership

Cineflix Prime shall at all times retain ownership of the Software as originally downloaded by you and all subsequent downloads of the Software by you. The Software (and the copyright, and other intellectual property rights of whatever nature in the Software, including any modifications made thereto) are and shall remain the property of Cineflix Prime.

Cineflix Prime reserves the right to grant licenses to use the Software to third parties.

Termination

This EULA agreement is effective from the date you first use the Software and shall continue until terminated. You may terminate it at any time upon written notice to Cineflix Prime.

It will also terminate immediately if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA agreement. Upon such termination, the licenses granted by this EULA agreement will immediately terminate and you agree to stop all access and use of the Software. The provisions that by their nature continue and survive will survive any termination of this EULA agreement.

Governing Law

This EULA agreement, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with this EULA agreement, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of np.
